Distributing Mandrake for small fee?

Hello,

I have downloaded Mandrake Linux 10 official (3 cds) from their one of the mirror sites listed on their website at mandrakelinux.com(/en-us/ftp.php3)

I have looked around on MandrakeLinux.com website but havent been to clearly figure out if I can distribute Mandrake Linux 10 official for a small fee, say about $1 per CD?

Would putting up a webpage, to let people visiting my site know "Mandrake Linux 10 official" CD set is available for small fee be a voilation of any copyright/trademark or Mandrake distributions?

Would I need to take permission from MandrakeLinux or MandrakeSoft to do so?

Is there any document describing this topic in detail? Is use of 'Mandrake Linux' on a webpage to sell Mandrake CD's ok?

Would the policy that applies to distributing Mandrake Linux 10 official cd's also apply to Mandrake Move? or that would have a different guideline?

Your input is apprecaited.

Thanks

THIS IS JUST MY OPINION NOT FACT.(1)

Quoting from unix for dummies:
Linux is made available under the GNU General Public Licence version 2.
You can copy and distribute linux and other gpl software and you can charge for it.
But anyone to whom you distribute it has the right to give copies away for free,
And you must include the source code or make it available in the distrobution.

I don't know if there is any non GNU (GPL) software on the disk, if there is it will probably be subject to copyright.

Follow these rules and if you want to charge for it and people want to pay you for it, there isn't a problem.

Mandrake has a partner distrobution page @
