Config Nat traversal on Mandrake 9.2 superfreeswan

Can anyone assist with installing nat traversal for 9.2?
Questions I have are:
Should I use the superFreeS/WAN supplied withthe distribution or should I get the patch as Contributed by Arkoon Network Security? (If so which version)
Are there any specific instructions that apply for 9.2 - specifically super FreeS/WAN 1.99.8?
If anyone has done this - it can save me a lot of time, so I'd really appreciatte any assistance.

Cheers,
