CMI9739A chipset recognized as 82801EB AC'97 Audio, how to solve?

I have a new motherboard with built-in audio (DFI PS83-BL with C-Media 9739A).
Mandrake recognizes it as "Intel Corp.|82801EB AC'97 Audio" and assigns the
snd-intel8x0 driver to handle it.
This cause the sound canot be played. Can anybody help me?

Is it a nforce chipset based mother board ? I've got the same problem with a chainteck one. I've had to deactivate alsa service at boot and then use old oss i810 works but only in mono, and the sound is quite noisy.
Yesterday I've found :

Try it :-).
