change security level in command-line
i'm currently running on "higher" security level. how can i change my level to a lower one using the command-line.
thanks. |
There is no such thing as a security level in linux.
What are you trying to do? |
in terminal as root type......... msec 2 (hit enter) for a normal security level. msec 1 is low, 3 is high, 4 is paranoid. or, if you can get to a GUI (even if you have to login as root) go to Mandrake Control Center->system->security & set the level that way. a reboot will be neccessary for settings to take effect.
