change logon icon
 

God, I really don't feel to bright! I can not find where I can change an existing log-in icon to something else, I only see where to select the icon you want when u add a new user.

what GUI are you using? In KDE, go to the config section of the menu and there should be a section for the Login Manager...if not, just open the Configure KDE panel and it is undoubtably in there...at least i recall that it is...unfortunately i am waiting on my mandrake 10 ISOs and am in WinXP...

Good luck with that one though...haha, no question is too dumb btw--i've asked some really stupid ones. (I couldn't edit LILO for a while, and there is a whole section devoted to it in the config panel...go me.)
