Talking cdrecord problem please.


mandrake 10.0

my k3b is not working.so i am writing the cd in command mode using cdrecord.

i have created .iso file.

#cdrecord -v -eject -force speed=8 -multi -dev=ATAPI:0,0,0 mani.iso

i am using this this command for bruning my cd.
after the burining , cd had no data.
i mounted the media in windows also but cd have no data.

after writing 30 min.where is my data.but there is no error.

what was happen.so how to burn my cd?

I HAVE BURNED 500MB DATA.IT TAKES 30MIN.

Did you try running k3b as root??

My K3b does not work if I'm not root.

Type "su", your password and then "k3b" on the command line.
