If you indeed have Java installed, then don't botter installing Limewire rpm. Go to the download page and grab the "Other (OS/2, Solaris, Linux)" package.
Uncompress it with:
unzip LimeWireOther.zip
Go into the uncompressed directory "LimeWire" and from inside there you will see that you have a file called LimeWire.jar right? That's an executable jar file. Run it with:
java -jar LimeWire.jar
If Java is correctly installed, everything should work as expected. You might want to move that folder to a more appropriated place, such as /usr/local/limewire and then create a shortcut on your desktop to make your life easier. Otherwise you will need to run java -jar /path/to/limewire/limewire.jar everytime.
