Can only run Mozilla Firefox as root after installing extension

I tried to install an extension but it said I didn't have sufficient privileges so I ran firefox from a console as root and it installed fine. Now though I can only run Firefox as root, when I try and run it normally nothing happens.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Uninstall it and remove your /home/~/.phoenix folder, and reinstall.
Should work.
