Can I Save My Bookmarks?

I am using Mandriva 2006 with KDE and would like to view my firefox bookmarks so I can print them or save them to disk.

I tried "manage bookmarks" but the browser window wont let me copy them.

I think if I could view them with an editor I could print them but I cant find the file.

Any info would be appreciated.

Look in your /home/yourusername/.mozilla/firefox folder. There will be a funny-named folder, eg. 63dnali6.default, that is your firefox profile folder. If there are multiple folders in there and you aren't sure which one look in the file profiles.ini. Your bookmarks are stored in the file bookmarks.html in that profile folder.

Did you try the File>export option under `manage bookmarks'?

It will let you save a bookmarks.htm file.

Yes.It saved the file to another location but when viewed the file shows only only the name of the bookmark as a hyper link.I would like to view the url as well.Thank you tho.
