I am currently using mandriva spring 2007 linux with my compaq presario v2000 laptop and it has a broadcom 4318 wireless card. i go to configure wireless and first choose use drivers on windows partition and located my bcmwl5.sys and .inf and my wireless network will show up in the connection window but will not connect to it? after that i downloaded the bcmwl5a.sys and tried that and it says something like "cannot find ndiswrapper utility" i have ran out of ideas any help would be much appreciated and thank you in advance...

Install ndiswrapper.

ndiswrapper is for using windows network drivers.
