Bootup menu


Hi

i've successfully installed mandrake 9.1 onto my system. one problem, how to i revert the bootup menu back into the windows version booting menu? maybe i need to do a triple boot in future.. yea..

I think that Windoze will overwrite lilo boot... keep a rescue disk to boot MdK9.1 afterwards. Windoze should take into account previous versions of windoze installed (hopefully)

If you install another linux, you may have to
- mount your MdK9.1 partition,
- copy files from /mnt/LinuxMdK91/boot (for example) to /boot (do not overwrite anything !)
- only vmlin* init* files are necessary if I remember well
- add an entry in /etc/lilo.conf for MdK9.1
- run /sbin/lilo
- that should do it
