Bash colors

I know FC2 has a file /etc/profile.d/colorls.sh which will allow you modify a few things with the ls command. Where can I find this in mandrake? Basically what I want to do is modify ls -l
with
ls -l --time-style=long-iso

Thank you,
The GNUbie
