ATI AIW Radeon capture with Mandriva 2006
Hi,
I am trying to get a PVR out of an old box (AMD Athlon 1.2). I installed Mandriva 2006 and I got the ATI driver working from the distro. (Xorg.0.log shows the Gatos driver).
The tuner is working, I can watch TV using AVview.
When I tried to capture, AVview just died and give me something like floating issue.
I have downloaded and compile the KM from CVS, compiled and installed it.
I noticed that even though AVview is not complaining about KM at launch, it does not show the driver in the control window. I have to set it manually.
Can't find any thread nor web-site on this.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks.
Let me know if you need some more info.
Here is the output form AVview.
