Apache webserver error message

I am running Mandrake 8.2 Pro Suite this time. I like it so far. After using Webmin to set up virtual hosts in Apache, I am getting this following error on the browser. I did not have this problem in Redhat 7.3. Can I see a show of hands that know the answer of why I am getting this?

You don't have permission to access / on this server

Thanx in advance.
