it's true, only the Mandriva site doesn't say anything yet though. It's hidden in the download pages.

All you have to do is add "/iso" to the path in the ftp addresses. Some of them don't have the ISO's at all yet, and some only have the 3 CD ISO's, no DVD. add the "/iso" after "/official" in the path and you'll find them.
