10.0 Wireless Problems

Ok it has detected a wireless card but on startup it says it failed and sometimes it says it can't find a folder or something. I don't know what is wrong. Can someone help me?

Hi Andy,

Can you post more information? You may find some relevant logs with the dmesg command, or in /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog.

You seem to be getting errors against ent1 and ent2 which both look like wireless adapters.

My hunch is that you don't have the right device drivers (or maybe you have the right one and the wrong one - I had a problem once where installing additional drivers for a different adapter caused the first adapter to stop working).

These two links might help (then again, maybe not, but we can try )
