I get a connection refused message. It looks like jeremy didn't update the DNS when he implemented the new webserver.

Server Error
The following error occurred:

[code=CANT_CONNECT] Could not connect because of networking problems. Contact your system administrator.
-----------------------------------------
This is what I get. It's the same as what you get isn't it.

Looks like he didn't.

It looks like the same error message except that your proxy is reporting it with slightly different wording.

Personally I wouldn't say that it is good practice however it does happen quite a lot. It is usually done to make error messages less frightening to end users but in many cases it can make troubleshooting a lot more difficult.

Where one system may say "Sorry I couldn't get that web page" another may give much more meaningful messages such as "Connection refused", "No route to host", "Unable to resolve IP" or "Unexpected response from server".
