I love the idea.
I think it would need to be actively moderated though as sometimes we all post something about somebody which we later realise was uncalledfor. Might be hard work for the mods but the community here (I feel it actually is one) is generally a polite one so not as difficult to work as it could be.

Thank you. It's just a joke though. Hoping it would make a few people smile.

If you think about it,.. It would fall apart quickly because no one has thick enough skin to be nominated for "biggest awk nerd of the year" --- people would be running for safe spaces and calling on Barry Obama to deport LQ users for hurting people's feelies. And moderators would be called in and armed with ban hammers and freedom sharpies to control the rioting. Cats living with dogs. Mass Hysteria!

Jokes, burns and roasts don't work well on forums anymore.
