Way to see new replies to threads I have commented on?

This may be a stupid question, but I can't find an answer to this anywhere.

Is there a way to see a list of all the threads I have made a post in that notes who the last person to post to said thread was?

The best I can come up with thus far is going into "My Threads," but it doesn't seem useful to go into every single post therein to see if anyone has replied.

Sorry for the somewhat redundant question.

MyLQ on the main menu bar, it shows you new replies to every post that you're subscribed to.

Ironically, the subscriptions all stop sometime in 2011 (I used to be very active and spent many years dormant). However, if I click on "my posts" the little color coded envelopes seem to align with new posts. If I may suggest, perhaps there should be a legend for what the various colors/designs mean.

There's a legend at the bottom of any forum page, under the "Display Options" menu.
