Suggested spam identification method

While this may be "a spam post," it was actually a good one. It actually described a situation that people might need to know how to solve.

Can the forum software be enhanced to examine hypertext-links to see if they are "likely spam?" Or, to force "posts by new-users which contain hyperlinks" into the moderation queue?

Post moved from other thread here to a new thread and placed in S&F.

I thought that was already done?

Is likely an example of a post that should be filtered out=away and poster blocked as a spammer/troll, or at least redirected to moderation, where links about how to ask questions are sent to the new user, instead of releasing the thread.

I'm guessing first new-user posts are [often/ sometimes] held for a quick look by a moderator; a 1-click button could be provided, which sends such an email, requesting that that new user edit=rewrite their post and resubmit it, in order for it to be allowed to
appear.
