Subscribe to thread option on Quick Reply

Jeremy,

As I recall, the old version of the site had a "subscribe to thread" checkbox in the quick reply area, but this one does not. Would it be possible to get that back (and set to the user's default)? I default to subscribing, but once in a while just want to drop a quick note in a thread without getting subscribed.

Thanks.

The old site was the same as the new - to access the notification option you need to go into advanced mode.

you can also subscribe to the thread by choosing that option from the thread tools menu, which is located on the first post in a thread, top right.

once you have posted to the thread, "it" will say Unsubscribe to this thread because, of course, you are subscribed to it by posting in it.
