source code sharing collaborative

i think it would be nice to have a system post source code to projects that people would like to share (think soure-forge).

i have one in success stories and a few others in programming.

i think a consolidated source code pool would be useful here. is this doable ?

Why do we need to replicate what's already out there (such as google code, or sourceforge, or.. etc etc.)

my own opinion, maybe a dedicated source thingo is what people want at LQ. ?
