Please try to keep this thread on topic. There is no single set in stone process for picking a mod. We assess current mod workload and site growth to decide when we need a new mod. From there we have a rigorous process that includes many factors, both tangible and intangible, and I can assure you picking new mods is something we put considerable thought into and something we take very seriously.

You obviously do. But he would not just choose someone who has a lot of posts. There should be some criterion.


The first criteria will be that mods recognise that Jeremy is the end of all things LQ... LOL
