RSS link problems with XML

I did a search for this, but I couldn't find anything relevant to LQ (only to someone else's XML). I wanted to see what the RSS stuff was about for LQ Podcast/Radio, but when I click the links, I get, "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." along with the source. What to do, what to do? :)

RSS feeds aren't meant for your browser, they're meant for an RSS reader/News aggregator/etc. Firefox now comes with a rudimentary implementation called "Live bookmarks".

Ahh.. sorry. Damn, no similar thing for Mozilla then? Oh well, thanks anyway.

I don't think Mozilla has an RSS reader built in. Plenty exist for Linux though, and there are even a bunch of web-based ones.

Right now my gentoo box is down for the count for a little bit, so i am using my powerbook and thunderbird bost's that is an RSS reader but with that to i still can not figure it out. Any help with thunderbird for OSx to view rss feeds

I have read that many a times and that is for the windows version of thunderbird. I have not found anything that relates to any of that in my version of thunderbird for osx. Everything is right click this and macs dont even have a right click, except for control button for the contextual menus which resembles the right click.

To get around the right clicking, you can use any of those methods, no right clicking is necessary. You have to create an account of the RSS News & Blogs type before you can manage any subscriptions. Do that by going to account settings then clicking add account.

Since we have the All Mighty root's attention, I'd like to suggest a fairly thorough howto on how to subscribe to (what application to use) and load the show on to an iPod. I haven't been able to find any satisfactory applications for Linux that will allow me to subscribe, download, and sync with the iPod. Perhaps a segment of the show dedicated to help accessing the show?

Currently, I let iTunes in Windows handle it. Linux sorely needs an iTunes; it makes this sort of thing soo much easier. One less reason to boot into Windows would be great.

That is a mighty fine suggestion and i get it now, i didnt know i had to create an account soley for the purpose of rss feed.
