request for link to rules more visible

http://www.linuxquestions.org/rules.php

can we have this link on the main menu or something? I have searched all over the site and haven't found any link- I had to dig up a locked post to find the link.

the rules should be in a more prominent place, and more easily accessable, to remind people what they are (its a long time since I registered.)

Actually there is a link to it on the bottom of every page, but I do agree there should be a main link to the rules in the menu or up on top.
