Hello,
I'm sorry to bring this issue up, since it's apparently been discussed a number of times already. Anyways...
I submitted a review on Slackware 9.1 yesterday. Now it says on the
Review page that the last review was made by me, and on the
Slackware 9.1 review page it says that the last review was made 03-11-2004, and I'm pretty sure that this date refers to my review. But, where is it then? Almost by rumour (since I can't find this info on the Review page itself), I've understood that reviews are being "refereed" before they are posted, but why is this info still there if my review wasn't approved? Also, I read in
this post that the review count would be incremented at once after submitting the review (and later adjusted if it wasn't approved), but my count didn't.
Well, I'm a bit puzzled about this whole thing; I get the impression that my review somehow wasn't submitted properly. Any hints as to what has happened?
Another thing... I can't find any info on this refereeing scheme on either the Review or the HCL pages. I think it would be good to have that info clearly on those pages to avoid confusion. Or maybe there is such info somewhere?
Thanks for your attention. Best regards,
Stefan
