I've tried two different browsers on two distros, but that post is gone. This is the second time I've had this experience. Is there a problem on my end, LQ's side, or do certain type posts get deleted without notice?

Is that the post right there? (Shows 0225hrs for me, probably the time difference.)

Hi Sasha, and thank you for your reply. I can't see the post in your link (3583013). Can you verify that it's post #31 in that thread? The last one visible to me is 3582109- post #30.
Problem is, after reading your post, I booted a different PC with yet another distro, logged out and back into LQ, and it's still not there. All my browsers are set to empty the cache on exit, and I've restarted the browsers and reloaded the page several times on all three distros.
That is EXTREMELY bizarre.. I think, anyways.
Yes, it is post #31.
Let me go check something else; I'll be back shortly with an edit to this post.
Well, I was looking for any signs of ill-intent or objectionable content in the post, but none seems to be there.
I'd like to know if anyone else on LQ is having the same issue with that post, so people, if you can all see post #31 at the link I provided earlier, please tell us. Or, if you can't see it, tell us that too! Thanks
Sasha

Reason: Update:
I just tried with yet another PC running WinXP and IE8 which had never been to LQ before. I checked before and after logging in, reloaded the page, switched to Compatibility View, etc., etc. Still no post #31.
Either something is amiss, or I've been beamed into the Twilight Zone.
Try changing your per page limit in your user CP from 30 to 10 (Edit Options) and try again. Worked for me. Anyway, Jeremy should be looking into this.
