That appears to be your post, so you can edit it yourself to remove whatever it is that you deem to be confusing.

by editing , i can't delete the complete post #24, I can only delete a part of the post. I WANNA DELETE IT COMPLETELY SO THAT AFTER POST #23 COMES POST #25. I DON'T GET ANY OPTION FOR DELETING

While members cannot delete posts, as mentioned you can edit out the content if you desire. If you think there's a particularly compelling reason for the deletion, you can also use the "Report" button which will bring the post to the attention of the appropriate mod(s).
