I'm Sorry, but the site navigation and options here might just be a little "too simple" or complicated, (I'm not sure which is the best way to say for now), to use the "networking/private messaging" tabs to send messages to other people here on the site. Maybe that's only an option for a certain rank of people here, I don't know, I just want to actually be able to message moderators if I have an issue with the UI of the site... -If only I knew how to navigate the site to do that; all the current options I see in practically BIG BOLD LETTERING is the "Delete Message" option, like I want to just ignore people here and not conversate to others here on the site.
Moderators
If you post your question in the wrong forum, or in multiple different forums, or post in a language other than English, or if you post something inappropriate (including foul language, insults, etc.) or if you hijack another thread, or if you somehow fail to adhere to the LQ Rules then you will encounter a Moderator. Moderators browse the forums just like every other member does, and we see the same posts as everyone else, so if there's something that needs moderating, we will find it sooner or later and take corrective action.
We at LQ consider our staff (Administrator or Moderators) to be a relatively forgiving crowd, and we do our best to remain objective and impartial at all times. We try to err on the lenient side when dealing with rule violations, because: we appreciate every one of our members; we do not take pleasure in dishing out corrective actions; we're human too, and we know that mistakes happen.
Please keep in mind: Moderators are not just here to react when bad things happen. First and foremost, we are Linux users and members of LQ, and we enjoy the benefits of LinuxQuestions.org membership just like everyone else, and we're here to help. If you think that a post you've made would be better suited to a different forum, click the "Report" button on your post, and ask for someone to please move it for you (do not go ahead and post it a second time in another place-- let us move it for you, we really don't mind).
If you encounter something during a visit to LQ that you feel is inappropriate or offensive or that violates LQ Rules, please feel welcome to contact any Moderator by email or private message, or by clicking the "Report" button on the post to alert us to the situation.
If you are not comfortable with contacting a Moderator, or if you have a problem with a Moderator or his/her action in a thread, you may contact Jeremy, the Administrator of LQ, by using the Contact Us page, or directly by email to jeremy at linuxquestions.org

Okay for one, I am not sure where some Mod's place their Email on their page, and second I was afraid "Report" meant... Well, Report. Like for registering an infraction to someone's misguided actions, would I then have to do the same to reply to a private message from any of my actual comrades here? And How would I open a private conversation to someone here anyway? (I literally just looked, "Send Private message" but the tab is nowhere on my profile, what gives?)

Hi Harnando,
I'll move this to the LQ Suggestions and Feedback forum for proper viewing of this type of conversation.
I may be incorrect, and unfortunately cannot test myself, but an LQ Newbie "may" not yet be able to do Private Messages. However once you get past 29 posts you will be a LQ Member and maybe this changes the status. Posts to certain forums, such as General, will not increase one's post count, this was a long ago decision by the forum. Posts to technical forums do.
For Private Messages, there is a link to your PM resources in the top of the LQ form, as well as if you click on My LQ it will bring you to your LQ home where on the left there should be links for the Private Messages.
If you do not see pulldown menus for things like Quick Links, Search, or Thread Tools, you may have a browser problem blocking scripts. If you block scripts or have Java disabled, these menus will not appear.
There are moderators and there are administrators, as well as Jeremy (root). Administrators have more control over the features for the site. They also are involved with the software for the site, along with Jeremy.
As beachboy2 states, you can use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the LQ pages. I believe this goes to the site administrators. And also as cited, you can use the Report button to report problems or ask to have things moved such as a thread or post. Please do be aware that not all requests are agreed with, and Jeremy is the ultimate person in charge of final decisions. I feel that the Contact Us link will get you right to Jeremy, however clicking Report and saying "To Jeremy" as part of your report should also help with getting his attention to something.
Please also note that site admins, moderators, and Jeremy are not all powerful and capable of monitoring 24 hours per day. Therefore please be reasonable that sometimes you may not have someone react to a report or email immediately. My personal thoughts are to give it at least 24 hours and perhaps more over weekend or holiday time frames.
Some additional info may be available from the Site FAQ if you haven't already viewed this.

Oh Message Box, How do I use you?
Additionally with respect to the ignore option, you can ignore specific users. Once again, use the My LQ link at the upper right of the LQ form, it will bring you to your specific LQ account, providing you are logged in. On the left is your Control Panel and one link option in there specifically is the Edit Ignore List which is under your Settings & Options sub-menu. I always recommend against this practice, feeling instead that however distasteful it is better to see and personally filter versus not see at all. Further, the user who you may feel is a lousy poster today, may be experiencing a bad patch where they settle down, or may actually have good things to offer some times as opposed to all of it being bad stuff.
And one final note about PM's are that members can disable using PMs, disable the capability to receive email from other users.
Harnando, this is your last warning. If you'd like to continue participating at LQ you'd need to abide by the LQ rules.

Oh bite me, delete my account for all I care, at least I bother to listen to your replies and put some actual thought into them. I haven't gotten the slightest bit of help from any of you cretins. I've literally walked away with more questions then I have answers, and have more comments to what insignificant words I've said then the whole point I was trying to ask. I have no reason to speak with someone who's not interested to listen, so just delete me, you know you were going to do it anyway, so just do it fool.
