Not getting 'USER is online/offline message'
 
When I log in the forums of this site from Windows I get a message (like tool tip text) "USER is online (or offline)" on mouse hover over the penguine in the left pane. In case of Linux I do not get the message. Why? Is it fixed by the site or should I enable something to get that message?

In windows you are probably using internet explorer, as usual it breaks all standards and provides the alternate text for the image as a tool tip. The correct tag for hover information is "title" and not "alt".

Yes, in windows I am using IE for browsing.
May I get it in Mozilla Firefox also? I use FC3
