Exclamation Not able to send private messages...

I feel stupid asking this but I have been trying for the past 3 days to try and send a private message to someone on the forum as he is on a different time zone.
Whenever I go to 'send PM' it tells me that I cannot and I need to change the configuration of my account but then there is nothing I can change in there.
Can someone look into this please?
Thanks for your help.

I believe you need a certain amount of posts before PMs are enabled, though I've forgotten what the threshold is. A search should tell you..

While you do need a certain number of posts to enable the PM system, SilverBack does indeed have enough. The setting you're looking for is under Edit Options -> Messaging & Notification.
