new section in forums - hardware

i'm relatively new to this site, but i notice that there are a lot of problems centering around hardware. i'd say there are enough to start another section on hardware. i know i'd certainly make use of a hardware forum.

Eventually I THINK I am going to make 2 sub-forums under installation - Hardware and Software. This will allow for general installation questions and more targeted questions.
