For you onebuck:

I'm sorry Dan, what's right isn't always popular, and what's popular isn't always right.

Don't imagine that I'm interested in a debate with you either.

For the first time ever, I am stunned. I have never heard of anyone calling out Jeremy - the most easy going and laid back of the whole team. And all over a silly thing such as, as, a title. That must take the 2009 Whole Internet Prize for Utterly pointless Argument ever. *slow clap*

Seriously, w2lmigrant (I'm not typing that out), if you don't like something on LQ and it's not going to change and you see it as such a massive dealbreaker that you offered to debate Jeremy in exchange for all your money and worldly goods, then maybe the internet isn't for you. I would suggest usenet or a BBS, but they may be too racy for you too. Have you thought about writing to your local newspaper instead? That may be more your speed.

Your reading and comprehension skills are lacking. I made no mention of money or goods.

I have noticed a lot of unusually hostile and argumentative posts on this forum lately - I wonder if it's the weather or what?

For my 2 cents, I like having a title for 5K posts. I think it's cool, though I hope I never post that much

I noticed your weaselly final sentence just now. But giving all of your worldly goods to Jeremy is well within your power.

And, really, you won't darken our door again?

You have manufactured an argument that does not exist. Why?

You lack imagination too I see.

Can you not envision a circumstance in which everything I possess is either jointly owned or that I am indebted in such a way as to make it impossible for me to give away anything?

Go back from whence you came. You're out of your depths. This is my game and in it I am the heavy hitter and you are bush league.

Seems to be a self-entertaining troll. Barking at the trees like a mad dog in heat, hoping that someone will trow it a bone.

So what you're saying is that you're welching on the bet? Figures.

And speaking of heavy hitters, you go for your ban button and I'll go for mine. Let's see who's still posting afterwards, eh?

Ready.... Steady....

Oh dear, XavierP just fed the doggy, now it will be ranting for some time.
