New Button to bookmark a thread

When browsing a forum, I typically open those threads with interesting subjects and go back after I've read my fill. Some threads are so good, that I don't just want to subscribe to them, I would rather be able to find them anytime -- i.e. I would like to be able to bookmark them.

I suggest a new button "bookmark this thread" or some such, right beside the "subscribe to this thread" button, with the existing subject and URL as defaults in the then to pop up bookmark window (and here perhaps the button "back to previous forum"?).

Any good?

I think this would be simple to do, maybe so it just adds the bookmark in the browser your using. But yet, you could just in most cases use ctrl-d to bookmark any page in most browsers.

Nice idea though, but would need to be determined by the site admin to implement though.

Regards.

I remember adding this feature a long time ago. I don't see it now though, I must have removed it during an upgrade. Thanks for the suggestion - let me see what I can do.

@trickykid

I do sometimes browse from differing locations ... ... hence the suggestion to use the kindly provided LQ facilities .
