Lightbulb Need some info on LQ

Jeremy,

I just need a little of your precious time, if i may.

I'm holding a demo of Linux to a crowd consisting of my friends, colleagues and some folk who are very much interested in Linux, here in my city. Linuxwise, i'm prepared, but i'm also planning to get them to know of LQ, how it has helped many people(myself included) discover Linux and troubleshoot their problems.

Can you just shed some light on the average no of users, posts, etc we get, say month wise here at LQ? I understand these maybe just figures which can't ascertain the solutions, what with most new members joining in, asking a question and leave until they get a problem again, but non-Linux folk will certainly tune in to such a site where they aren't expected anything in return. So it helps

Thanks
Shrikant

We get roughly 40,000+ posts and about 7,000+ new members a month.

Also, doesn't the "Community Bulletin" report these numbers twice a month (in each issue) in the "Statistics" Section? See the archive.
