[SOLVED] Need help getting email notifications to subscribed threads

Need help getting email notifications to subscribed threads.

Where do I click and what do I select so I get email notifications to replies to threads I start or reply to/subscribe to

?

I have it set to instant email notification. Don't know what I'm missing. There are so many places to click and options.

Under list subscriptions you can change it for individual threads: https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ewsubscription

It seems you already have changed the default to instant according to your attachment.

If you had it set to weekly as an example any thread you started before making the change will stay on weekly if I am not mistaken.

Subscribed threads->list subscriptions
only gives me this:

`Receive email from Administrators` must be checked, or you will receive no notifications generated by the site.

I thought I had that selected, but I selected it again.
We'll see.
Seems like this site is particularly finicky about this.
