Menu with links to each forum on each page

I always end up travelling back to http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/ and then selecting another forum. It seems to me, this forum could use direct links to the main forums on every page.

Scroll down the page and look at the words "Forum Jump". There is a drop down menu there, you can use this to "Jump" to any "Forum" from any page. This is on every page, including thread views.
