LQ uses flash ads?

I just noticed that sometimes I get a "Missing Plugin" bar in Firefox when navigating Linuxquestions and when I click the install link it looks for Flash player.

Not that I mind Flash ads, but just wanted to be sure that you allowed those kinds of advertisements.
