LQ: Slowness etc.
Hi,
I'm just wondering if I'm the only one that has an increase in the following issues: - Very slow loading (very regular), - Loading without activated css content (a few times a day), - nginx bad gateway (seen this one 2 or 3 times) - time-outs (very regular). I see these above since Thursday/Friday and they are very irregular. It doesn't matter what time of day (I'm on-line from roughly 07:00 to 22:00 CEST). Things I've tried on my side: - Switched from https to http, - Tried different browsers (opera, firefox, iseweasel on linux / ie and firefox on windows), - Different networks (home, work, costumer). All to no avail.... |
Yes, I can confirm that I have had all of those at irregular intervals.

We haven't changed anything on our end in that timeframe and I haven't noticed any issues from here. That being said, I'll take a look around now and see if I can spot anything odd. In the meantime, if any other LQ members are noticing issues, please do post with as many details as possible. thanks.

I rarely see those issues on LQ, and I haven't noticed them being more common in the last few days.

Just today (about 18:00 UTC) I had several of the Bad Gateway errors when clicking on links in my Subscribed Threads list. Reloading the page loaded the page that was intended to load.

I've had slow loading, long delays when posting a reply, occasionally. And I've had the Bad Gateway error in the past, but not recently.

I haven't had any of the above mentioned issues (at least not recently)
On a completely unrelated note, LQ stats are hardly usable for me. If I want to change a category to be displayed it sometimes takes ages (after a minute or so I just give up and close it) I know it's off-topic here. |
I have seen the bad gateway error sporadically, but no more frequently than with other forums I frequent. Maybe twice in the last week, but it isn't frequent enough for me to find a pattern. My work around is to way a while and try again.
