LQ-er of the day/week/month/year?

I was reading a thread started by Jeremy "LQ User Reputation System" which, the way it seems now, will be forgotten and since I respect Jeremy's desire to share his ideas with every LQ-er,because Jeremy's original idea inspired me and because I've got an idea I would like to share, that's how this thread started.
In my opinion user reputation system wouldn't be good, but maybe having a system which will allow every LQ-er to give his voice for the LQ-er of the day/week/month or year,or whatever interval my dear LQ-ers you see fit, would be a nice thing. There could be many variations on the theme,I don't doubt it.
Of course, all of this,if Jeremy wan't have something against it.
I was just thinking about Jeremy's idea and didn't wan't it to become a history,so I came up with my own.Hope you like it.
Thank you!
