LQ email

I'd like to know if this is only my problem or is it common. I registered for the fre LQ email system and got a cool new email address: linuxlala@linuxquestions.org. Now the problem is, I can neither send any emails, nor recieve any.

I have tried sending emails to yahoo, hotmail and others, but the mail does not go. Most of the times I don't even get a delivery failure. I also tried sending mails to this account from my accounts at yahoo, hotmail and others and still it does not reach here. But, I don't get a delivery failure then.

So, the only emails I get in this account are the things I subscribed to while signing up for the account.

Somebody please enlighten me.

Because your address should be with a .net and not a .org

And I assume you are logging into mail.linuxquestions.net to use the web based email for it?

Cheers.

I login using the link on the main page of LQ and damn if it's .net and I was mailing to .org. But then how come I can't send emails from this account.

I'll check and get back. Thanks.

P.S .net and not .org Thousands of blue blistering barnacles
