LQ Blogs is a spammers heaven

I just visited the LQ Blogs section of the site and well you can see for yourself, its all spammed up. I admit, I don't visit blogs alot, although I do give Jeremy's a good lookover now and again.

I was only there because I was half thinking about making an entry and I was wondering whether anyone actually reads them?

Either way you may want to get the spam all cleaned up (Is nothing sacred?)

I'm rambling now... (probably belongs in my blog)

It looks like "earlwatsone" is the biggest offender/spammer.

And judging by by the lack of content in many of his blog entries, not a very competent spammer at that.

He has 0 posts & I find no way, no "Report" button to click, to complain.

What is LQ's position on blog spam?

We are completely against blog spam. I believe that a method of reporting these is in the works, but I could be mistaken. Maybe this needs a method of addressing it...?

We are completely against all spam and I will get this cleaned up ASAP. Thanks for the heads up. We are working on a new blog system that will not only help address the spam issue but will also be much more integrated with the site.

Pending implementation of the new mechanism, I hope it's ok to report them here. Here's another one:
