Losing Preferences

Has anybody here ever noticed that once or twice a month you will suddely stop recieving the no replies emails?

I have had this happen to me several times, and each time I have to go into my CP and I find that the "Recieve email notices" is set to no. I set it to yes, and then I get another 2-3 weeks of No Replies digests, then the same thing happens all over again.

Why is this happening, and can anybody fix it?

Thanks,
lbb
