login field moved near top of "Forums" page

if you have bookmarked the Forums http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/index.php , but don't have the convenience of "cookies on" you have to scroll down every time you login.

perhaps a placement closer to the top for login/register on the page would simplify surfing.

might also be useful on other pages likely to be bookmarked which fill more than one page.

???
When your not logged in , there's a "login"-option in the top-menu on the right side of the page.("Main Menu")
No need for scrolling .

yes, very true. i generally go straight to forums though (saves a page load). from the forums page (i posted the url above) the login is at the bottom of the page. moving it to the top would make it more convenient for those who use the URL above as their bookmark (as i do) for the page.

perhaps there are better reasons to leave it at the bottom. just a suggestion

take care.
