Linux-Newbie sticky

The post in the sticky could of course be edited, but the chances that adding that line to the sticky will actually impact the boards is slim to none. Especially considering it is already in the rules; if they didn't read the rules what makes you think they will read a sticky?

The sticky is a little more prominent than the rules, I know I had trouble finding them (but then, I tend to miss things...) Of course, it might link to the rules when you first register, I can't remember if it did that to me...
