Unhappy "Like" Button and "Share this"

I think there should be a Like button on every post; not the Facebook one, but an internal one that can indicate what post was helpful the most and then later it should be visible on people's profiles the number of times their posts have been liked.

Also, there can be a Share this item on every post so that people can share stuff on Facebook, Buzz, Google+, Blogger and so on and so forth. Actually, I use the BBC mobile website often, and post stuff from there directly to my Facebook page, and so I think this feature here would be useful and welcome.

We already have the first thing. See the bottom right of each post (except ones in General and the first post of a thread).

We actually have both. For the share functionality, see LinkBack -> Bookmark & Share.
