tell me please, can I instal kali Linux on ASUS VivoTab Smart ME400C Tablet?

First of all, you have posted in the "Suggestions & Feedback" forum, which is NOT for technical questions. Secondly, if you need to ask such a question, then you clearly should not be using Kali - you need to read this and Kali's website.
