image hosting

Hi,

although I'm sure this has been suggested before, I'd like to know why this forum has no possibility of hosting small images (at least 50kb or so) and integrating them into postings. This would be useful sometimes and external hosting and linking here is pretty annoying.

I'm sure if you contribute a multi-terabyte array and backup, something could be worked out.

Because we don't really need them. We are a tech forum and an error message can be copy/pasted are retyped and code and quote tags will suffice for everything else.

Which pictures did you want to post?

If it's that important, put it on your own server & post a link the way others do.
