how to use search?

Is there a howto on search for this wiki? I'm guessing I'm not using it correctly as I wasn't even able to find the howto on the search for LQ.org and I'm sure there is one.

Thank you

Um... I just tried searching for stuff, and it seems to be working reasonably normally are you certain there's an article on searching LQ? 'cos that too seems rather self-explanatory to me...

Wouldn't make much sense to have such an article, if you have to search for it.

If you use Search Forums, you search the given keyword in this forums (pretty obvious I think).
If you use Search LQ Wiki you obviously search your keyword in the Wiki.
If you put your keyword in the Search Tags-field, all threads that are tagged with keyword will be displayed.

thllgo also keep in mind that ALL web sites and forums use a very limited search engine
search for one and only one word at a time

or
use google and the site tag
Code:
"fedora 14 " site:www.linuxquestions.org
that gives you
http://www.google.com/search?q=%22fe...xquestions.org
