How to become a Moderator

Hi all,

How does one become a moderator, or are all moderators friends and elevate each other to the rank of moderator.
Can anyone become moderator?

I'm more than willing to let someone sponsor me and pay my way.. I have no problems with that.

Actually, if you sponsor me, you get far more "XavierPoints" than if you sponsor anyone else. These points can be redeemed for useless bits of plastic at most good outlets. Start collecting (and sponsoring) today!!
